The person behind the help
Charlton IT isn't a call center or a faceless agency — it's me, Keith Charlton. A Holland, PA native helping local businesses and home offices get technology that just works, without the jargon or the runaround.
A local face for your tech and web work
Born and raised in Holland, PA, I started Charlton IT to give small businesses around me a straightforward alternative: someone local you can actually reach, who explains things in plain English and stands behind the work.
I graduated from Penn State in 2024 with a B.S. in Enterprise Technology Integration — a degree built around connecting the technology and the people who actually use it. That's exactly the gap I try to close for every client.
It was at Penn State that I really fell in love with web development. I designed a cohesive style guide for an open-source project to capture Penn State's branding online — and from there, building clean, thoughtful websites became something I genuinely enjoy doing.
"I treat every client's business like it's my own. Technology should make your day easier — not be one more thing you have to fight with. My job is to take that stress off your plate."
Experience you can lean on
A mix of formal training and real client work — put to use solving the everyday tech problems small businesses actually run into.
Penn State Graduate
B.S. in Enterprise Technology Integration (2024) — training focused on connecting business needs with the right technology.
Real Nonprofit Work
Redesigned the website for The Warrenton Meeting Place, a nonprofit supporting addiction recovery groups — and still maintain it today.
Local & Reachable
A Holland, PA native serving Bucks County. You get one consistent point of contact who knows the area — not a rotating support queue.
Plain-English Approach
No jargon, no upselling. I explain what's wrong, what I'd do about it, and what it costs — so you can make an informed call.
A little more about me
I'm a big believer that the people you work with should feel like real people. When I'm not behind a keyboard, you'll usually find me outside and a little competitive.
Whether it's a round of golf, a disc golf course, or a backyard cornhole match, I bring the same thing to my work that I bring to a game: show up, do it right, and make it enjoyable for everyone involved.
