Both. I offer on-site visits to homes, home offices and small businesses across Bucks County, and I can handle many software issues remotely over a secure screen-share. For some jobs, drop-off can be arranged too.

You won't pay for a repair that doesn't happen — just the diagnostic visit. If something isn't worth fixing, I'll tell you honestly and help you weigh the alternatives instead of running up the bill.
